What We Need from You:
- Manage weekly employee tasks, including payroll, timesheets, and PTO requests.
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Administer benefits packages and assist employees with the setup process.
- Support accounts payable and receivable by handling invoices, purchase orders, and check requests.
- Process receipts and invoices by verifying documentation accuracy, compiling data, and preparing necessary forms and reports.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- Proficient in QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online.
- Familiarity with ADP is a plus.
- Experienced with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an HR, administrative, or office management role.
Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $20-25/hour. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
