Role Overview

MediaAlpha is seeking a personable and outgoing Office Manager to assist with the day-to-day office operations and social engagements in our Bellevue technology office. The ideal candidate will provide strong and reliable support for all functions by creating office processes and procedures. This person will also help us achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive, collaborative work environment. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, from 8am-5pm. Must have the ability to work in-office 2-3 days/week. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all facilities services, including oversight and coordination of repairs, maintenance, space planning, renovations, and amenities.
  • Plan, set-up, and manage in-office and/or off-site activities (e.g. lunches, celebrations, group outings, or events)
  • Collaborate with company offices on monthly and annual company events.  
  • Foster the company’s culture, ensuring all initiatives and activities are promoted.
  • Create systems, processes, and procedures to best organize the office.
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Order supplies, furniture, and technology for the office and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure supply cabinets, kitchen, and common areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Distribute incoming mail, manage outgoing shipments, and receive deliveries.
  • Light office cleaning and organizing.
  • Schedule and manage travel arrangements.
  • Assist executives with vendor accommodations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating multiple priorities, administrative duties, and office logistics.
  • Ability to work in-office 2-3 days/week required.
  • Proficient in G-suite applications, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong knowledge of budgeting methods, principles, and practices.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to execute on projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully, particularly with written communications.
  • Collaborative and selfless disposition.
  • Willingness to be very hands-on.
  • Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 10 - 25 pounds occasionally across the office for various needs.
  • Passionate about cultivating a vibrant office environment.
  • Executive assistant experience is a plus.
  • B.S. or B.A. preferred.



Compensation & Benefits

We are excited to offer a competitive base pay range of $61,000 to $77,000 per year for this position, based on experience and qualifications. But that's not all - as a valued member of our team, you will also have access to an array of top-notch benefits, including:
