- Oversee office administration and coordinate accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit and collections issues, payroll, and HR processes with corporate teams.
- Improve customer service workflows, order accuracy, issue resolution, and communication between Commercial and Operations.
- Support inventory accuracy and financial controls by coordinating discrepancy follow-up, reconciliations, documentation, and assigned reporting.
- Use data, reporting, and business trends to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
- Lead process changes, maintain standard operating procedures, and ensure employees are trained on updated practices.
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance, records retention, purchasing, vendors, and office support services.
- Communicating risks and performance concerns promptly, take ownership of follow-through, and verify that corrective actions are effective.
- Support the sales leadership team by helping coordinate GSM meetings, supplier visits, business reviews, and training sessions
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in office management, business administration, operations support, finance administration, or a related leadership role.
- Experience in wholesale distribution or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, employee development, and process-improvement experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with AS400, Korber, and HRIS platforms preferred.
- Working knowledge of administrative controls, accounts receivable/payable, HR processes, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or experience related field preferred.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means stronger alignment between Commercial and Operations, fewer recurring process errors, accurate and timely administrative work, effective customer and financial controls, and a capable team that takes ownership of results. The Office Manager is expected to think ahead, lead change, and improve how the business works.
