As an Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a busy ophthalmology practice, ensuring an efficient workflow, a positive patient experience, and a supportive environment for your team.
What You'll DoLead and support the daily operations of the clinic
Supervise, train, and develop office staff
Manage HR-related activities at the clinic level
Oversee patient registration, checkout, and medical records
Optimize provider schedules and patient flow
Maintain office supplies and clinical equipment
Step in to support front office operations when needed
Monitor office performance and recommend process improvements
Stay current on ophthalmology industry trends
3–5 years of medical practice management experience
Experience working with EMR systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing teams
