The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Office Manager & Leadership Team Associate to keep a busy Irish office running smoothly while supporting senior leaders across projects, meetings and day-to-day operations.

This is a broad, visible role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. You’ll be the go-to person for office operations, procurement, events and leadership support across Ireland and the wider UK and Ireland business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the smooth day-to-day running of the office, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage facilities, suppliers, contracts and workplace requests.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, goods receipting, supplier queries and monthly accrual support.
  • Support senior leaders with reports, presentations, trackers, meetings and key projects.
  • Plan engaging team meetings, town halls, events and onboarding activities.
  • Provide operational administration across fleet, health and safety, records and business processes.
  • Build strong relationships across leadership, sales, marketing, suppliers and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in office management, administration, executive support, operations, projects or events.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
  • A confident, professional communication style and sound judgement.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and follow through.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience with purchase order or procurement systems is useful, but not essential.
