As an Office Manager at Green Tree School & Services, you will lead the administrative team and oversee essential HR, payroll, and operational processes that keep the school running smoothly. You’ll manage multiple priorities while fostering a supportive, efficient, and service-oriented environment for staff and students.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field

  • Minimum of five years of office management or HR experience, including supervision

  • Strong organizational, payroll, and data management skills with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

  • Oversee HR, payroll, and administrative functions to ensure compliance and efficiency

  • Supervise administrative staff and support daily office operations and communications

  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and reporting in HRIS and payroll systems

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes

  • Manage vendor relations, purchasing, invoicing, and general office budgeting needs
