As an Office Manager at Green Tree School & Services, you will lead the administrative team and oversee essential HR, payroll, and operational processes that keep the school running smoothly. You’ll manage multiple priorities while fostering a supportive, efficient, and service-oriented environment for staff and students.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field
Minimum of five years of office management or HR experience, including supervision
Strong organizational, payroll, and data management skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
What You’ll Do
Oversee HR, payroll, and administrative functions to ensure compliance and efficiency
Supervise administrative staff and support daily office operations and communications
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and reporting in HRIS and payroll systems
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes
Manage vendor relations, purchasing, invoicing, and general office budgeting needs
