Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, organize and maintain office space, including supplies, equipment, facilities and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with landlords, service providers, and building management.
- Prepare workstations for new hires and assist with onboarding logistics.
- Organize internal meetings, team events, and company celebrations.
- Track office inventory and coordinate IT equipment with the global IT team.
- Maintain financial records, prepare payment requests, and assist with documentation.
- Handle incoming/outgoing deliveries, including courier and shipping services.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, couriers, and internal departments.
Qualifications & requirements::
- 1–3 years of experience in office management or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Language proficiency:
- Polish B1-B2.
- English B1-B2.
- Russian.
