The Role
Description

We are seeking an Office Manager to cover maternity leave for 7-8 months and join our HR team at our TLV Site.

This is a full-time, on-site position, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities - what you’ll be doing:

· Manage all aspects of office administration, providing support to company employees to ensure smooth operations

· Oversee daily office activities, including maintenance, ordering supplies (groceries, office materials), handling deliveries, and managing vendor relationships

· Take charge of various administrative tasks related to operations, logistics, and facilities, including vehicle and parking management, shipments, deliveries, travel arrangements, and more

· Work closely with the CEO, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings with clients and management

· Coordinate frequent travel arrangements using travel agents

· Plan and execute employee welfare programs, including company events, holiday celebrations, offsite activities, and employee recognition initiatives (e.g., birthdays and gifts)

· Manage all aspects of office life so employees will enjoy a great daily experience in their workplace

· Serve as the primary contact for office vendors and service providers, and provide general assistance to visiting guests

· Support the management team with scheduling and communication needs

Requirements

Requirements - does this describe you?

· Bachelor's degree – nice to have

· 2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager- Must

· Experience working in a startup environment- Must

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Proven ability to juggle various tasks and manage concurrent assignments efficiently

· Service-oriented: can-do positive attitude, welcoming, considerate, resourceful & tech-savvy

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Familiarity with Office 365 and HR systems such as Hilan and HiBob

· Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

· A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt to change
