Main responsibilities
- Manage food and office supply orders, making sure the team has everything they need
- Look after the office space: keep it organized, functional, and welcoming
- Work closely with colleagues across the company - including HR, finance, team leads and others
- Keep track of budgets and invoices
- Plan and organize office events, celebrations and gatherings
- Support employees throughout their journey: from onboarding and offboarding to everyday office-related questions
- Communicate with external partners and vendors, ensuring reliable and timely services
- Coordinate medical check-ups and required safety training
- Help build a positive office atmosphere and contribute to great employee experience
- Take initiative in improving processes and ways of working - from idea to implementation
- Handle reception duties: visitor management, phone calls, and managing shipments.
- Backup the Kaunas Workplace Experience Manager on routine operational tasks when needed

- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Genuine care for people and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages
- Quick learner with strong self-management and attention to detail
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1500 - 2300 EUR/Month.
