We operate across two core locations, Heidelberg and Berlin, and are seeking a new Office Manager for our Berlin-Mitte office.

Your responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including mail handling, deliveries, equipment orders, and onboarding preparation

  • Reception & Experience: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a welcoming and professional office environment

  • Event & Culture: Plan and execute team events, after-works, and company meetings in collaboration with the People Team

  • Office Move (Key Project): Take ownership of coordinating the office expansion, ensuring a seamless transition

  • Administrative Support: Manage invoices, collect receipts, and support accounting processes

  • Feel-Good & Culture: Drive initiatives that foster a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace

Your profile:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    • German language skills at a minimum level of B2 are required.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Hands-on and self-driven working style with high ownership

  • Solid technical proficiency with common office tools and systems

  • Experience in office management or a similar role

  • First experience in project coordination (e.g. office moves, events)

  • Passion for creating a great employee experience and office culture

  • Target start date: July 1st
