A day in the life:
The office manager will be responsible for maintaining Power Digital’s Medellín headquarters. The office manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Medellín office, ensuring the team is comfortable and the space is welcoming. This position mainly focuses on culture and employee sentiment with a goal to grow your understanding of operations and grow your mindset while working alongside a team of HR, Accounting and Finance professionals. This role will oversee and assist in ideation, facilitation and execution of projects within Operations, Culture, DEIB, and BPO, with the goal of improving processes, employee experience, and overall organizational effectiveness and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go to person for all things culture in Medellín
- Being the friendly face in office
- Be there for all the events and bring the teams together
- Planning & execution from A-Z of culture events for the Medellín office
- Assist in the planning for the departments, account team, geopods (Bogota, Cali)
- Manage the Office (maintain cleanliness daily, coordinate the packages and mail,
Stocking the office snacks and coordination of the catered lunches, Overseeing general
office operations, trash management etc.) - Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects
- Receive and incorporate feedback from from team throughout each project and event
Coordinates appointments and meetings and manages staff calendars and schedules. - Work with all office vendors to ensure a smooth and welcoming office experience for the
team - Collaborate with our HR Team and Operations team as needed.
- Bring ideas on how to improve and grow our office sentiment and culture
