Burg Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to lead our practice operations and support our exceptional team. Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
  • Monitor scheduling, patient flow, production goals, collections, and operational performance to support practice success.
  • Manage patient relations by resolving concerns professionally and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with doctors and leadership to implement office initiatives, maintain compliance, and achieve business and patient care objectives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. 

Requirements

  • Previous office management or leadership experience, preferably in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance processes, billing, and financial reporting preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient service.
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
