What You’ll Do
As the Office Manager, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the office, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly while creating a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and clients. This role blends leadership, coordination, and problem-solving to keep the office functioning efficiently.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, professional environment
- Manage vendor relationships (facilities, supplies, services) and coordinate office needs
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including scheduling and task delegation
- Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and operational workflows
- Track office expenses, process invoices, and support budgeting efforts
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming office experience
- Coordinate office logistics including space planning and maintenance needs
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of professionalism and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
