To support our internal operations, we are looking for a Part-Time Office & Logistics Manager (20h/week). You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, both for our employees and our customers, and spread joy in our new office (incl. Rooftop terrace :)).

What you'll get to do

  • Establish procedures for office maintenance and organization, optimizing processes where necessary.
  • Monitor and procure office supplies, food and beverage inventory, hardware equipment, and goodies.
  • Support the planning and organization of internal events and celebrations for the team.
  • Take ownership of our Inhouse Print Center, establishing an efficient workflow for printing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with different Nelly teams to handle internal requests, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality print production.

  • You communicate fluently in English and German.
