Position Summary
iEducate is seeking an Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, technology access, and logistical support for staff and tutors, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as office assistant to Leadership Team
- Manage office logistics, including but not limited to overseeing creation and updates to organizational calendars, capturing full time staff meeting notes and action items, vendor relations, staff interview and onboarding logistics, supply procurement, mail pick up, maintenance requests, and all-staff and all-tutor communication
- Monitor organizational communication channels (email groups,building alerts, etc) responding to or forwarding to appropriate staff. Oversee all-staff communication processes, including but not limited to building alerts, announcements and action items, and conference room sign-ups. Support tutor communication and outreach
- Oversee logistics for all-staff and tutor events including but not limited to coordinating the securing of venues, copies, food purchasing, tech setup, event set up/break down for full-time staff meetings, staff retreats, tutor in-services
- Coordinate and support technology needs including system support, including but not limited to office equipment set up, account/software access, and general IT troubleshooting.
- Support organizations financial health through managing processes for tracking, reporting specific organizational expenses such as monitoring supply and coordinating supply procurement, support school invoicing and tutor timesheet processing as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned including but not limited to:
- Conduct tutor interviewing
- Coordinate end of semester Outstanding Stakeholder Awards
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in office management, logistics or HR support.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in office management, logistics, or HR support.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and support recruitment efforts.
