The Role

Please note: This role will be in our Mountain View HQ 5 days per week

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Office & Internal Events Manager to lead daily office operations and drive unforgettable internal events that bring our culture to life.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, loves building community, and knows how to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You Will Do:

Office Management & Operations

  • Own daily office operations, ensuring a seamless, productive, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, equipment upkeep, and facility coordination.
  • Act as the point of contact for all office-related needs—whether it’s fixing a printer or planning workspace logistics.
  • Support workspace setup for new hires, ensuring day-one is smooth and memorable.
  • Partner with Facilities Operations and IT teams to maintain a polished, high-functioning office space.
  • Ensure health, safety, and emergency procedures are always in compliance and top-of-mind.

Internal Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of weekly All-Hands meetings, team offsites, and key internal events.
  • Develop creative, on-brand event experiences that foster connection, engagement, and fun.
  • Coordinate all event logistics: venue selection, AV, catering, scheduling, setup, and teardown.
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships, ensuring top quality and cost efficiency.
  • Drive internal communications around events—promoting participation and building excitement.
  • Gather post-event feedback and continuously raise the bar for future experiences.
What You Bring To The Table:
  • 5-7 years in office management, workplace operations, event coordination, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities—you naturally build rapport across teams.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and an eye for details that others miss.
  • Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and energized by solving problems in real time.
  • A passion for building great cultures and memorable experiences.

Compensation base range: $108,000 - $143,000


*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. 
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
