As our office intern, you’ll support the day-to day operations of our workplace, helping make it a smooth, welcoming, and inspiring place to be. You’ll get hands-on experience in office coordination, event planning, and people operations- and be the friendly go to person for all things office-related. You will report into the Head of People and Culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the daily operations of our office- think supplies, maintenance requests, and general upkeep.
- Assist in organizing company events and team outings, both locally and internationally.
- Help the HR team with administrative tasks like onboarding preparation and updating documents.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts
- Assist in ensuring the office meets health and safety standards,
- Welcome visitors and help manage office access and experience.
- Assist in track expenses related to facilities and events and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams cross HR, IT and operations on various internal projects
- Share your ideas to help keep our workplace engaging, inclusive and productive.
Impact you’ll have:
As an Office Intern, you won’t just support daily operations- you'll have the unique opportunity to actively contribute to shaping and improving our office management processes. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in administration, facility coordination, and team support, all within a dynamic, international hybrid workplace that values initiative, learning, and impact.
We are flexible and open to tailoring as assignment that aligns with your school’s requirements and personal learning goals. We are happy to work with you to create a meaningful and relevant internship experience.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- You are currently a 3rd or 4th year student at an MBO+ or HBO level, studying business administration, HR, hospitality, or a related field.
- Highly organized with strong communication and multitasking skills,
- Proactive and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment,
- Good proficiency in English and must be fluent in Dutch.
- Based in the Netherlands and must be eligible to work here.
What we offer:
- Start date: flexible

- Internship compensation €500,- gross per month (based on full time).
- Travel compensation (by car: kilometre allowance or by public transport: reimbursement of costs)
- A reference upon completion of the internship
