What You’ll Do

Office Administration
  • Manage daily front office operations and provide exceptional customer service to students, families, staff, and visitors.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional office communications.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies within budget.
  • Support school events, meetings, and administrative projects.
Student Records & Enrollment
  • Manage student enrollment, withdrawals, cumulative records, and confidential student files.
  • Coordinate the timely collection and transfer of student records.
  • Maintain required medical, residency, immunization, and enrollment documentation.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, transportation coordination, and student information reporting.
  • Prepare documentation for state and federal audits and compliance reviews.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate student, attendance, and food service records.
  • Monitor Free and Reduced Lunch documentation and other required state reporting.
  • Support McKinney-Vento documentation and other compliance requirements.
  • Ensure student records are maintained securely and confidentially.
Family & School Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and visitors.
  • Communicate with families regarding enrollment, attendance, truancy, and school information.
  • Maintain positive relationships with students, families, community partners, and staff.
  • Assist in resolving concerns professionally and escalate issues to administration when appropriate.
Professional Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality of student and personnel information.
  • Ensure visitor sign-in procedures and school safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of administrative, office management, or business experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Successful completion of required state and federal background checks.
