Job Description:
Job SummaryMaintains and distributes schedules to ensure efficient workflow. Manages daily computer entries and recordkeeping. Coordinates communication among staff, clients, and visitors. Ensures a professional and organized office environment.
Essential Functions
• Responds to the orientation and developmental needs of assigned employees.
• Oversees daily department operations, reviews and delegates tasks, and provides process oversight.
• Assists the Clinic Manager with interviewing, staffing, and disciplinary actions.
• Completes payroll processing as required.
• Analyzes workflows to ensure timely and accurate data entry without treatment delays.
• Oversees and assists with the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
• Performs record retrieval for reviews and audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience Requirement
2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
