THE ROLE
We are looking for an office coordinator to join our First Impression team. First Impression enables the best possible work environment for every Netlighter within office management, Event management and Reception/Administration. You will be part of the First Impression team, convey a professional, positive first impression. We are looking for you who has an exceptional sense of service and a driven personality with high ambitions.

TASKS
· Office coordination.
· Office supplies.
· Purchase and supplier contact.
· Support in office projects.
· Responsible for office security.
· Plants and flowers.
· Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters.
· Sustainability and environmental work.
· Cooperation with our operations team.
· Support Netlight’s core business.
· Cooperation with HR, Finance, IT and Legal.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Curious and resourceful mindset
· Attention to detail and great organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in customer service
· Experience within office coordination
· A genuine interested within interior design
· Computer skills including Microsoft Office
