We are looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator to join our team! The Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operation of the corporate headquarters while providing high-quality support to employees, guests, and leadership. This position is responsible for office operations, facilities coordination, administrative support, and assistance with company-wide meetings and events. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset.

Given the nature and scope of the responsibilities, this role is exclusively based at the corporate headquarters in Tysons, VA.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  •  Act as the primary on-site point of contact for employees and visitors, fostering a professional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment
  • Support the smooth daily operation of the headquarters office by coordinating access, facilities, and shared resources
  • Manage office access and logistics, including badges, fobs, parking validations, and assigned garage spaces
  • Ensure the office is consistently well-stocked and functional by overseeing supplies, refreshments, and shared spaces.
  • Coordinate facility services and maintenance requests, including cleaning and building support, to maintain an efficient and comfortable workplace
  • Reserve, prepare, and manage conference rooms and tenant lounges to support meetings, collaboration, and events
  • Provide administrative and operational support such as mail distribution, document shredding coordination, storage organization, and business card management
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing and distributing new-hire welcome packages
  • Assist with or lead planning, logistics, setup, and on-site support for office meetings, company events, and special gatherings

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment providing administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, visitors, and vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software and basic office technology

Our goal is to provide a compensation package that reflects the value you bring to our team, is competitive with national average market rates, and promotes your financial security and personal well-being. The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $24.00 - $28.00. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline. CATHEXIS considers various factors in its final offer, including location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
