QualificationsMinimum Position Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Two (2) years increasingly responsible secretarial experience or equivalent office management experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
Education and Training:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Skills:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, and Lotus Notes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient of English grammar, punctuation and spelling. Ability to read and comprehend English in order to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of varied Medical terminology necessary to complete reports with minimal delays.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Typing speed 40 wpm.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
