Job Description

  • Adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services PA regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and maintain consistent workflow of all office tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Perform general office duties including answering phone calls, copying, scanning, and filing, preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Perform office management duties, including ordering and inventory of all supplies, including uniforms etc.
  • Ensure that office operating costs are within budgetary constraints.
  • Create, maintain, and update files, records, and other documents.
  • Responsible for timekeeping functions for office employees.
  • Track and disseminate changes and updates to policies and procedures. Make recommendations to improve and streamline office functions.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Provide operational support, when applicable.
  • Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
  • Punctuality and precision.
  • Schedule flexibility for holidays, overtime, and weekends.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: $45,000
  • Annual Performance Bonus
  • Monday - Friday (9AM-5PM)
  • Holidays off
  • 12 PTO & 5 Paid Sick Time
  • Health Insurance: Medical, Dental & Vision.
  • 401K – up to 4% match.
