The Office Boy is responsible for preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors, ensuring excellent hospitality service within the corporate office. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness of pantry areas and supporting basic office assistance tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, management, and office guests.
- Ensure timely service during meetings, visits, and office events.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchenette, and beverage preparation areas.
- Wash, clean, and properly store utensils, cups, glasses, and pantry equipment.
- Monitor pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water bottles, and report shortages to Admin.
- Assist in replenishing water dispensers and maintaining stock in meeting rooms.
- Support simple office tasks when required (photocopying, document delivery, etc.).
- Ensure all serving items and pantry areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle refreshments for visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and presentable personal appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary School education.
- Prior experience as a tea boy or pantry attendant preferred.
- Basic communication skills.
- Good hygiene and grooming standards.
- Polite, disciplined, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle tasks independently and follow instructions.
