Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and contribute to an efficient workplace environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy administrative tasks, maintaining organization, and assisting team members with a variety of operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and team members.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and company activities.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, forms, and correspondence.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support office organization and daily operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative assignments.
  • Help create a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
