Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative functions and help maintain efficient office operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, and enjoy supporting a structured and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and basic correspondence.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks and special projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all office documentation.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
