Job Summary: Performance Dodge is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office/Accounting Assistant to join our administrative team in Ferriday. This position is key to keeping our dealership running smoothly and legally compliant. You’ll handle title processing, vehicle registrations, and other essential accounting and clerical tasks. If you're organized, trustworthy, and take pride in accurate work, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Capping Deals

  • Receipting Cash
  • Submit title paperwork to state agencies and follow up on any discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate records for vehicle sales and inventory

  • Assist with accounting tasks such as filing, billing, and payment posting

  • Communicate with banks, finance companies, and customers as needed

  • Provide support to the office and accounting staff as assigned


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

  • Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
