The Role
We are looking for an Office Assistant who will be responsible for our general office procedures.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests coming to the office
- Managing incoming calls and other communications
- Serving as the primary point of contact for communication with building management
- Assisting in organizing and maintaining common office areas
- Tracking and managing incoming and outgoing documents and cargo
- Overseeing the receipt of orders and verifying delivery documentation
- Supporting the organization of internal and external meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced computer skills and practical knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
