Job Summary
The Office Assistant supports daily corporate office operations by maintaining clean, organized workspaces, managing breakroom supplies, assisting with meeting room setups, and providing general administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to lift and move items that may exceed 50 pounds. The Office Assistant plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

Essential Functions
Breakroom Management
• Maintain and restock breakroom supplies (coffee, tea, snacks, utensils, cleaning supplies)
• Ensure breakroom areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Oversee selection of snacks and beverages
• Manage breakroom equipment, including coffee machines and refrigerators
Meeting Support
• Set up meeting and conference rooms with required equipment (projectors, screens, audio devices)
• Ensure meeting rooms remain clean, organized, and ready for use
• Provide catering setups and refreshments for meetings
General Office Support
• Assist with ordering office supplies and managing inventory
• Provide front desk coverage during receptionist lunch breaks
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage general front desk duties
• Coordinate maintenance needs with the Office Manager and building management
Other Responsibilities
• Assist with facility‑related tasks such as maintenance requests, building access, mail handling, and deliveries
• Support inventory management and vendor coordination
• Help implement workplace policies and maintain a safe, organized office environment
