- preparing customer invoices and receiving payments
- reconciling bank statements and credit cards
- gathering information for monthly use tax filing
- preparing bi-monthly payroll
- typing quotes
- ordering office supplies
- monitoring emails
- filing
- customer service
- answering phones.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently.
