Pro-Vision is currently hiring for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will manage daily administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of the office. This front-facing role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. and various other matters.
 

This full-time, on-site position offers an hourly rate of $20 - $24 and a great work environment with an excellent benefit package.

The Office Administrator will report directly to our Director of Finance & Accounting and work on-site in the Byron Center, MI office. Some of the expected responsibilities are as follows:
 

Front Desk & Reception:
•    Welcome and direct visitors and clients professionally
•    Open and secure office doors daily
•    Power on/off lobby display systems as needed
Breakroom Maintenance:
•    Handle daily startup and shutdown routines
•    Monitor, order, and restock kitchen and breakroom supplies
Conference Room & Presentations:
•    Set up and maintain conference rooms for meetings
•    Assist with audiovisual setup for presentations
Mail & Deliveries:
•    Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail
•    Handle outgoing mail and coordinate postage (purchase, weigh, and print as needed)
Office Supplies:
•    Monitor inventory and order general office supplies
•    Maintain organized and fully stocked supply areas
Financial & Administrative Support:
•    Print customer statements and process incoming payments
•    Make follow-up calls and send emails regarding Accounts Receivable
•    Provide backup support for invoicing and accounts payable processes
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
•    2+ years of office administration or related experience
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)  
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication 
•    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
•    Valid driver’s license and insurability

Skills Required
