Location of office: Oklahoma City Metro Area
The Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, applicants, and employees while supporting daily administrative and recruiting functions. The primary duties will consist of managing the front desk, assisting in the recruiting and onboarding of qualified candidates for our OKC metro locations, processing new employee information, coordinating uniform orders and special projects as assigned. The position requires that the person must be able to complete multiple tasks in a timely, prioritized, and accurate manner during the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Greet visitors, vendors, applicants, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding
- Process employee information in an accurate and timely manner
- Complete verifications of employment
- Provide general administration support
- Coordinate office celebrations (birthdays, holidays, etc.)
- Coordinate the conference room calendars
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, order office supplies for facility
- Provide organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Maintain and build knowledge in all HR disciplines
- Promote equity, fair and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Complete various projects as needed or assigned

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit in an ergonomically correct position for long periods of time while utilizing a phone and/or computer at desk
- Ability to reach/work overhead, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend at waist and crouch when needed
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Sufficient visual acuity
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when and if needed or request assistance
