Juris Consillis is a reputed litigation law firm based in New Marine Lines, Mumbai, specializing in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Insolvency (NCLT), Arbitration, Commercial Disputes, and Property Matters.

As the firm continues to expand, we are looking for a highly organized, technology-driven Executive Manager – Office Administration to oversee the firm's day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office through efficient management of legal documentation, record maintenance, client coordination, digital workflows, and administrative support for our litigation practice.

Candidates with prior law firm experience will be preferred; however, professionals with strong administrative capabilities, digital proficiency, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the law firm while ensuring efficient handling of legal records, documentation, office workflows, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the day-to-day operations of the law firm.
  • Maintain and organize physical as well as digital legal records.
  • Number, archive, and maintain legal files systematically.
  • Handle digital filing and documentation workflows.
  • Scan, print, upload, and organize legal documents.
  • Maintain case records, matter tracking, and documentation systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management for partners and legal professionals.
  • Follow up with clients regarding meetings, documentation, and administrative requirements.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Assist in legal transcription and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with advocates, court staff, and external agencies whenever required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of legal records and client information.
  • Utilize legal technology, AI-assisted tools, and digital platforms for documentation and administrative efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of office administration and support the firm's digital transformation initiatives.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: Half Day

Salary 35-50k

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skills, technology proficiency, and overall suitability for the role.
