Pearl Abyss — the team behind Black Desert — is seeking a driven and organized, Korean speaking Office Administrator for its European Publishing Office.
As Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all office-related matters and oversee a wide range of office management duties from inventory control to maintaining all relevant administration. You will report directly to the Head of Office.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage relationships with facility management vendors, including catering, cleaning, and other contracted services.
- Oversee the administration of office supplies, including inventory management and ordering.
- Plan and coordinate in-house and off-site company events and activities for office employees.
- Maintain office conditions and coordinate necessary maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements for employees' business trips, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Collaborate with the accounting manager to monitor and track office expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Support the recruitment process by managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and handling related administrative tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the dynamic needs of the office.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
- Part-time (3 days) or full-time availability
- Organized and detail-oriented personality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the field of office management
- Experience or affinity with the gaming industry is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch
