Your daily tasks will entail:

Welcoming company visitors

Supporting teammates and managers with administrative tasks

Managing company accounts (Wolt, Bolt, Uber, etc.) and organizing shipments (Latvijas Pasts, DHL, A1, etc.)

Submitting reports and coordinating the circulation of documents
What we expect from you:

Tripartite internship agreement provided by your university

Good command of Excel

Attention to detail

Ability to easily adapt to a fast-paced environment
Since we’re an international team, our Office Administrator Intern needs to have strong English skills as well.
