Partner with the BestAs an OEM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic relationships with OEM customers across key industries such as aerospace, defence, power generation, and industrial machinery. You will act as the primary interface between our technical product portfolio and customer engineering and procurement teams, driving long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
As an OEM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:- Developing and expanding relationships with key OEM accounts across Europe and global markets
- Identifying and penetrating new OEM opportunities by engaging design, engineering, procurement, and R&D teams
- Providing technical sales support including product selection, sizing, and application engineering for rupture disc solutions
- Preparing and negotiating quotations, agreements, and long-term supply contracts
- Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, and Operations to ensure seamless execution
- Achieving sales targets, margin objectives, and OEM channel growth strategy
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements in pressure relief systems
- Representing the organization at customer engagements, industry events, and technical forums
- Strong technical understanding of pressure relief systems, rupture discs, or industrial flow technologies
- Experience in OEM sales and strategic account management
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as ASME, PED, and ATEX
- Strong commercial acumen including negotiation and contract management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Have strong experience in technical sales within valves, rupture discs, or flow control solutions
- Have proven experience in developing OEM partnerships and growing strategic accounts
- Have experience selling engineered, high-specification industrial products
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Have willingness to travel extensively (40–60%)
- Have fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
