InnovationTeam is at the forefront of technology solutions, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Odoo Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our innovative team remotely. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Odoo to ensure our applications' reliability, availability, and performance while facilitating a collaborative environment where operational excellence is valued.
As an Odoo Senior SRE, you will be responsible for implementing SRE principles, automating processes, and enhancing our infrastructure to support our Odoo applications effectively. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Odoo requirements, infrastructure and environment.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, taking proactive steps to ensure optimal operation.
- Implement automation tools and scripts for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Odoo instances.
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal performance of Odoo applications.
- Establish and enforce SLAs for system availability and performance.
- Ensure backup, redundancy, and recovery strategies are in place.
- Documentation of processes, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
- Extensive experience with Odoo platform and its architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Linux server administration and networking concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the capability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack) is a plus.
