This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to women across all stages of life, from routine gynecological services to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to female patients
- Monitor patients throughout prenatal, natal, and postnatal stages
- Diagnose conditions, order and interpret tests, and prescribe treatments
- Perform deliveries while ensuring the safety of both mother and infant
- Manage acute and chronic conditions related to women’s health
- Deliver both outpatient and in-hospital care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary care team
- Refer patients to specialists as appropriate
- Participate in clinic policy development and quality improvement initiatives
- Support and collaborate with nursing staff and clinical teams
- Participate in daily team huddles and staff meetings
- Serve as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA students
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations
- Rotate between clinic locations as needed
Education & Experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Licensure & Certifications
- Active Medical Doctor (MD) license in California
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- DEA and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certifications
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

- Prior supervisory experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
