The Position
The Brand Lead will report directly to the Director of Commercial Affairs & Strategy.
In this position you will ensure the growth acceleration of NN Obesity portfolio by developing the brand strategy, promoting brand growth and expansion and implementing brand plans. You will be responsible for driving overall brand growth, market share and profitability as well as supporting the development and execution of the marketing strategies to promote brand in alignment with our affiliate strategy "A healthier Denmark".
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and drive the cross-functional brand team to effectively execute on brand plan & launch plan
  • Establish a strong synergy and coordination with the Sales, Commercial and Medical team
  • Develop and utilize omni-channel marketing strategy and tactical plan for Novo Nordisk's obesity therapy area in general and product responsibility specifically
  • Develop and adjust campaigns and other relevant marketing material in accordance with local needs and regulations and drive digital projects and marketing activities to continuously optimize the customer journey including OCE
  • Implement and execute on marketing plans in accordance with the Brand Plan


Qualifications
To be successful for this position, you have a master's degree, in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' commercial experience preferably from life sciences, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or other highly regulated industries
In addition, you have:

  • Proven experience in brand management and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience from working with non-reimbursed or OTC (Over The Counter) products is an advantage

About the Department
You will be part of the Commercial Affairs & Strategy department in the Danish affiliate where you will be reporting to the director of the team. The department's main responsibility is to create and execute the obesity & diabetes strategy and deliver it via all relevant customer channels. Our team consists of dedicated and passionate colleagues and the atmosphere is collaborative and dynamic, fostering innovation and excellence.
