Job DescriptionProject – the aim you’ll have
Join a team developing a SaaS case management platform used by legal professionals and lenders in the default servicing industry.
The system supports complex legal workflows and helps organizations manage cases more efficiently through features such as document automation, client portals, compliance tracking, and integrations with external systems.
The platform consists of two main components:
- CaseAware Manage – responsible for core case handling and workflow management
- CaseAware Integrate – enabling seamless data exchange and integrations with third-party services
As the product continues to evolve, you will have the opportunity to design new features, improve existing solutions, and modernize legacy parts of the system.
QualificationsPosition – how you’ll contribute
- Designing and implementing new product features
- Maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting the existing system
- Refactoring and optimizing legacy code
- Working with SQL databases, including writing queries and improving performance
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to improving code quality
- Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions
- Supporting the team in debugging and resolving production issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the system architecture and development practices
Expectations – the experience you need
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong experience with PHP development
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience working with existing codebases and maintaining production systems
- Understanding of software development best practices
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
