O2C Export Manager - English and French Speaker

We are looking for an O2C Export Manager (English & French Speaker) to lead a team of Export Coordinators and deliver exceptional end-to-end export customer service across our international Consumer Healthcare business.

In this role, you will oversee export operations, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence while partnering with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader with strong export, customer service and Order-to-Cash expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Lead and develop a team of Export Coordinators, providing coaching, performance management, onboarding and development support.

Manage end-to-end export order fulfilment, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, invoicing and timely customer delivery.

Partner with customers, distribution centres, factories, freight forwarders and market teams to ensure seamless export operations.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, pharmaceutical quality standards and internal policies.

Monitor operational performance and KPIs, driving corrective actions and continuous service improvements when required.

Support revenue delivery and inventory availability by proactively managing risks, priorities and customer requirements.

Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, contributing to a more efficient and simplified customer experience.

Fluent English and French language skills, both written and spoken.

Minimum 2 years of people management experience, with a passion for developing and engaging teams.

Experience within export operations, international trade, transportation or customer service environments.

Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, export compliance, customs and trade regulations.

Hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to prioritize, lead through change and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced international environment.
