NZ Years 7-10 Mathematics Lesson Writer

We are looking for Years 7- 10 Mathematics teachers across New Zealand to support the development of high-quality content for our online NZ Mathematics offering. In this contract-based role, you will have the opportunity to write multiple new lesson or adapted lesson scripts, plus assessment questions, that address specific parts of the Maths curriculum at the years 7-10 level. Lesson scripts and assessment questions will cover depth of knowledge and align with set NZ curriculum standards.

This opportunity might suit you if: 

• You have at least 3 years of experience teaching at least one of Years 7-10 Maths in New Zealand
• You are experienced in and enjoy making teaching resources
• You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with technology
• You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
• You are proficient with the use of online tools for visualising mathematics

The project will commence in late January and run until mid August 2026. We require a commitment of approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Employment will be contract-based, and payment will be based on deliverable items.
