Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
In your role as the Nyx Earth System Engineer intern, your day to day duties will include:
Support the Chief Engineering office with Requirements and Verification Management
Introducing usage of new tools to the team, user testing, documentation
Support in collecting and managing verification evidence
Implement Python automation in our MBSE tool to facilitate the tracking of the requirement flowdown and traceability.
Improve the post-processing and visualization of requirement(and other) data on Metabase and Space Vault
Support in Docking Camera and External Lights Subsystem Management
Perform Light Position and Intensity Analyses
Camera Test preparation and execution activities
Managing the interfaces and keeping them up to date
Datapack preparation for tests and design reviews
