Nursing Recruitment - Contract

About the position:

At AMOpportunities (AMO) we partner with schools and students in need of clinical rotations domestically and around the world for medical, PA and nursing rotations.

As an AMO Nursing Recruitment Contractor you will be tasked with recruiting potential preceptors or administrators at healthcare organizations to expand the supply of clinical rotations available to our partner schools & students.

The contractors are expected to leverage their healthcare/nursing experience and background to bring warm leads to the full-time recruitment team. Contractors will be given marketing materials and data on current needs to meet AMO’s partners’ needs.

Essential Functions: 

  • Connect/expand your network of healthcare providers that has capacity to teach and convert them to a lead for the full-time recruitment team 

  • Ensure a lead meets AMO’s requirements to be a preceptor, or is in a leadership position at a site that would meet AMO’s requirements

  • Provide a warm hand off to AMO’s team to bring through the process of becoming a preceptor 

Skills/Experience: 

  • Have a background in nursing and/or a network of providers/executives at potential teaching sites.
