We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to support nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to assist patients with daily living activities while maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team.
Support nurses during patient care procedures and routine assessments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
Assist in transporting patients within the facility when required.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity always.
Maintain accurate records and follow established healthcare protocols.
Requirements
Minimum of a relevant healthcare qualification or certification in Nursing Assistance, Health Care Assistance, or a related field.
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
