Our client, a welcoming day
nursery setting, is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team and
lead one of the nursery rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to
take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years
setting who have loads of beautiful countryside too. This is for a 42.5 hr working week, Monday to Friday, salary is up to £34,255 depending on experience and qualifications..

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early
years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room
and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and
colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
Passionate about early years and children’s development within a
nursery setting
Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment
