The Role
Assist customers with plant and landscaping needs, maintain and merchandise nursery stock, perform cashier/sales/department duties, unload and stock inventory, handle special orders, monitor loss prevention, respond to radio requests, and perform other assigned tasks while following store policies and providing excellent customer service.

- Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience, gardens experience preferred.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for details.
- Willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others.
- A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.
- Availability must be flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Physical requirements: work outside in summer/winter temperatures, standing or walking during shift, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, pushing/pulling, etc.
- Legally allowed and willing to learn how to sell firearms
