The Nurse Navigator serves as a vital link between our patients and clinical team, blending hands-on nursing care with advanced IV therapy administration and a genuine commitment to exceptional patient experience. You will coordinate continuity of care, perform clinical procedures, and help shape the future of our IV services program, all within a warm, collaborative practice that values your expertise and growth.

  

What You'll Do 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, coordinating care, communicating procedural guidelines, and fostering strong, trusting relationships.

• Administer and monitor IV therapy services, including hydration, nutrient infusions, mistletoe, and ozone treatments, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.

• Schedule and oversee IV therapy appointments to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records and electronic medical record systems.

• Identify and champion opportunities to continuously improve workflows and the patient experience.

• Uphold the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Active RN license with appropriate Pennsylvania state licensure (required).

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, including IV therapy administration.

• Exceptional patient care and interpersonal skills , you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Background in functional medicine principles or willingness to learn

• Experience in customer service or patient relations (helpful).

Skills Required
