- Develop and execute the bank's partner strategy across the title and real estate services ecosystem.
- Identify, negotiate, and structure strategic alliances with software providers and industry vendors.
- Maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with technology, product, and operations teams to ensure successful software integrations.
- Oversee partner onboarding processes and ongoing enablement to ensure consistent alignment with bank services.
- Translate partner needs into bank solutions that improve client experience.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to leverage partnerships as a driver of new deposit and treasury growth management growth.
- Build joint go-to-market strategies with software providers and vendors.
- Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and with trade associations to strengthen visibility in the title space.
- Establish service-level expectations with partners and ensure consistent execution.
- Resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement across the partner network.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability in all partner engagements.
- Provide strategic input to senior bank leadership on partner trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Mentor and guide internal teams on best practices for managing partnerships.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy of National Title Solutions through innovation and industry insight.
- Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
- Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
- Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
- Supervises function, projects or services and/or one or more employees, as applicable.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance coaching; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university required
- 4-6 Years of experience in financial services, fintech, or technology partnerships (experience in title, escrow, or real estate services highly preferred) required
- 4-6 Years Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B partnerships required
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and executive communication skills.
- Deep understanding of banking operations, treasury management, and software integration processes.
- Candidates residing in locations within BankUnited's footprint may be given preference.
