- Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden (İşletme, İktisat, ÇEKO, İnsan Kaynakları vb.) 4. sınıf öğrencisi olan,
- Personel ve Özlük İşleri ile Organizasyonel Gelişim süreçleri alanında kariyer hedefi olan ve bu alanlarda kendini geliştirmek isteyen,
- MS Office programlarına hakim (özellikle iyi derecede Excel),
- Tercihen iyi seviyede İngilizce bilen,
- Haftanın 4 ya da 5 tam günü staj yapabilecek,
- İstanbul Avrupa Yakası'nda ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan,
"İnsan Kaynakları Stajyeri" aranmaktadır.
Pozisyon;
- Personel devam takip sisteminin günlük kontrolü ve raporlanması,
- İzinli ve raporlu çalışanların takiplerinin gerçekleştirilmesi,
- Organizasyonel gelişim süreçlerine (işe alım, eğitim, performans, yetenek yönetimi vb.) destek verilmesi,
- İK Proje ve raporlama süreçlerinde yer alarak ilgili çalışmaların yürütülmesi,
- Şube ve departman içi raporlamaların yapılması vb. görevlerden sorumlu olacaktır.

Skills Required
- Currently a fourth-year student in relevant university departments (Business, Economics, Human Resources, etc.)
- Interest in personnel/payroll and organizational development processes and desire to build a career in these areas
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially strong Excel skills)
- Available to intern 4 or 5 full days per week
- Resident of or able to commute/relocate to Istanbul European Side
- Good level of English
