Şirketimizin Genel Merkez İnsan Kaynakları Direktörlüğünde görevlendirilmek üzere,
  • Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden (İşletme, İktisat, ÇEKO, İnsan Kaynakları vb.) 4. sınıf öğrencisi olan,
  • Personel ve Özlük İşleri ile Organizasyonel Gelişim süreçleri alanında kariyer hedefi olan ve bu alanlarda kendini geliştirmek isteyen,
  • MS Office programlarına hakim (özellikle iyi derecede Excel),
  • Tercihen iyi seviyede İngilizce bilen,
  • Haftanın 4 ya da 5 tam günü staj yapabilecek,
  • İstanbul Avrupa Yakası'nda ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan,

"İnsan Kaynakları Stajyeri" aranmaktadır.
Pozisyon;
  • Personel devam takip sisteminin günlük kontrolü ve raporlanması,
  • İzinli ve raporlu çalışanların takiplerinin gerçekleştirilmesi,
  • Organizasyonel gelişim süreçlerine (işe alım, eğitim, performans, yetenek yönetimi vb.) destek verilmesi,
  • İK Proje ve raporlama süreçlerinde yer alarak ilgili çalışmaların yürütülmesi,
  • Şube ve departman içi raporlamaların yapılması vb. görevlerden sorumlu olacaktır.

Skills Required

  • Currently a fourth-year student in relevant university departments (Business, Economics, Human Resources, etc.)
  • Interest in personnel/payroll and organizational development processes and desire to build a career in these areas
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially strong Excel skills)
  • Available to intern 4 or 5 full days per week
  • Resident of or able to commute/relocate to Istanbul European Side
  • Good level of English
